EcoHill Rescue Run 2015

Assalamualaikum guys 

I was so excited to join more running events (that day) but...

As some of you already knew, I just joined 10k run for Ecohill Rescue Run and I feel really exhausted. The pace wasn't consistent at all, I run really fast, jog slowly and walk like I'm going to fall on the ground. Maybe because the sun was so bright and I was afraid to be tanned, but I get tanned at last. Hahaha

I can't imagine how I'm going to finish my 21k run in less than 2 weeks from now? Is there any advice from the pros? Ok maybe tomorrow I can train my feet day by day, until the event. Then 3 weeks from now, I will join 12k run with my friend. Wondering how my feet will look like later on.
